As an evangelical Baptist church, we believe that:
God's love for us is immense, and He wants a loving relationship with every person individually;
God has shown us (through the Bible) that He is Father, Son (Jesus Christ) and Holy Spirit. This is called the Trinity;
God is perfect. All people have failed to live up to his standards, and have rebelled against Him. Therefore we all deserve to be judged according to God's standards;
Jesus Christ is God, and he became fully human when he came to earth 2000 years ago. He chose to die on a cross, and he came back to life three days later;
Jesus death and resurrection has taken away the punishment that was due to us. Therefore we can experience a relationship with God, receive complete forgiveness and enjoy eternal life;
The Bible was inspired by God, and contains His unchanging message for everyone;
God works in our world today, and is present in the person of the Holy Spirit. All believers belong to the universal church.
