What is your role within the church? As part of the leadership team I help decide on the business and pastoral matters within the church. I play guitar in the worship team and I also lead worship in the services.

Where are you from, and how long have you been in Birmingham? I am originally from the Wirral in Merseyside (born in Liverpool) and have lived in Devon and Gloucestershire. I came to Birmingham in 1995 which makes it quite a long time now!

What do you for a job, and what kind of things do you enjoy doing in your spare time? I work in IT for Bromsgrove District Housing Trust. I enjoy playing the guitar and being with friends, but most of all I love spending time with my wife Helen and sons Daniel & Sam.

Do you have any ambitions or dreams you'd like to achieve? To see my faith have a great impact on me, my family, my church and the community. (I've already bungee jumped!)

Would you be prepared to tell us what your least favourite vegetable is...Celery. I can't see the point in a vegetable that uses more energy to eat than you get from eating it!
