What is your role within the church? I am the Treasurer.

Where are you from, and how long have you been in Birmingham? I was born and brought up in Aberdeen, and studied engineering at Birmingham University, and then went on to do voluntary work in Kenya for 3 1/2 years. I trained as a teacher and have taught in further education in Aberdeen and Birmingham for 23 years. I've been married to Zoe for 20 years and have two daughters Joanna and Ruth aged 16 and 18.

What kind of things do you enjoy doing in your spare time? Technical things, Bible study, photography, cycling

Do you have any ambitions or dreams you'd like to achieve? To know God better, become a better person
