We recognise that meeting together to talk with God is a vital part of our Christian faith. As well as spending time praying during the Sunday services and within homegroups, we also run a number of other activities as detailed below.
Wednesdays (7.45 - 9.00pm)
The last Wednesday evening of each month we come together to pray. This is often led by one of the homegroups and may include a time of worship, bible reading and listening to God. We pray for our local community as well as people within the church and the missionaries that we support overseas.
Saturdays (9.00 - 11.30am)
We hold regular prayer breakfasts approximately every six to eight weeks. We enjoy a cooked breakfast together and then we spend time meditating on verses from the Bible, trying to hear what God might want to say to us as individuals and as a church.
Prayer retreat day
We hold prayer retreat day once or twice a year. We spend a whole day together listening to God and focusing on prayer, as well as eating together and having quiet time on our own.
